7 DRUG SUSPECTS, 6 WANTED FELONS JAILED BY BULACAN COPS

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos —- Thirteen individuals were nabbed in the different anti-criminality operations by the Bulacan PNP on October 16 and early today.

Police Provincial Director PCol Relly Arnedo of Bulacan PNP stated that the Station Drug Enforcement Unit of Malolos and Meycauayan CPS, Norzagaray, Hagonoy, Balagtas, and Angat MPS conducted an anti-illegal drug operation that resulted in the arrest of seven drug peddlers.

Confiscated from the arrested suspects were a total of thirty-five sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 8.2711 grams and an estimated drug price value of sixty-one thousand nine hundred eleven pesos (Php 61,960), drug paraphernalia, and buy-bust money.

The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for appropriate examination, while criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects is now being prepared for filing in court.

Meanwhile, a series of manhunt operations conducted by the Tracker Team of joint operatives of the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, Plaridel and Guiguinto MPS and RMFB 3, joint operatives of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company and Santa Maria MPS, San Jose Del Monte CPS, Norzagaray, and Bocaue CPS resulted in the arrest of six  individuals by virtue of Warrants of Arrest.

All the arrested suspects are presently under the custody of the arresting units and stations for proper disposition.
