A sports utility vehicle slams into a utility pole on San Jose-Rizal Road (KO 169+140) at around 5:50 on Saturday afternoon, April 16, 2022.
The driver of the SUV was reported to be on his way to Munoz, Nueva Ecija when the accident happened.
The Nueva Ecija 1st DEO immediately deployed personnel to provide traffic assistance where a towing equipment was also made available to assist in removing the vehicle from the scene of the accident and to facilitate its transfer after the conduct of an onsite crash investigation.
As of 8:00 PM, the vehicle was towed and taken to the nearest police station.
The driver of the said SUV who sustained a minor injury thanked the DPWH team for the quick response.
