Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos — The diligent efforts of Bulacan Police led to the apprehension of seven individuals including a wanted person, illegal firecracker manufacturer, and law offenders in an anti-criminality operation by Bulacan PNP on December 24, 2023.
Reports submitted to PCol Relly Arnedo, Provincial Director, Bulacan PNP, it was stated that a 38 yr old male suspect, resident of Sitio Bihonan, Brgy. Biñang 1st, Bocaue, Bulacan is arrested by Bocaue MPS for manufacturing illegal firecrackers at around 4:00 in the afternoon of the same date.
The arrested suspect failed to present a license, permit, and other pertinent documents. Confiscated from the suspects were two (2) pieces of Judas Belt, four (4) packs of Kabase (10 pieces each pack), four (4) packs of Plapla (10 pieces each pack), ten (10) pieces of Kingkong and other paraphernalias for making firecrackers with a total market value of Php 4,120.00.
A criminal complaint for violation of R.A. 7183 is being prepared against the arrested suspect before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor Office.
Meanwhile, tracker team of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station apprehended alias Jemly, 45-year-old, resident of Brgy. Sto. Cristo, CSJDM, Bulacan arrested for the crime of Large-Scale Illegal Recruitment. the accused are presently in the custody of the arresting Police station for proper disposition.
Additionally, authorities of San Rafael, Bustos, Hagonoy, and Baliwag City/Police Station responded to different crime incidents that led to the arrest of five (5) law breakers; alias Roel, 28 yrs old, resident of San Rafael Bulacan (San Rafael MPS); alias Josell, 23 yrs old, resident of Bustos Heights, Bonga Mayor, Bustos Bulacan (Bustos MPS); alias Adrian, 45 yrs old, resident of Hagonoy, Bulacan (Hagonoy MPS); alias Gerry, 31 yrs old, resident of Brgy. San Roque, San Rafael, Bulacan (Baliwag MPS) were all arrested for Frustrated Homicide, and alias Arjay, 18 yrs old, resident of Brgy. Catmon, Santa Maria, Bulacan (Sta. Maria MPS) for Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act. (RA 7610).
