TOP 5 MWP OF BULACAN, FELONS AND DRUG DEALERS ARRESTED

Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — The Bulacan police operations led to the apprehension of individuals involved in criminal activities on October 24, 2023, and early today. These successful operations resulted in the arrest of a Most Wanted Person (MWP), felons, and drug dealers.

In reports submitted to Col. Relly Arnedo, Provincial Director of Bulacan PPO, the San Jose Del Monte City PS served the arrest warrant order to a 56-year-old individual currently detained at the BJMP Male Custodial Facility, Brgy. Poblacion I, CSJDM, Bulacan. According to records, the felon is listed as Top 5 Provincial Level MWP.

The arrest warrant was issued by the Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 5-FC, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, and pertained to the crime of “Qualified Rape Through Sexual Assault”, with corresponding two hundred thousand pesos (Php 200,000.00) as recommended bail.

Meanwhile, several apprehensions were carried out by the tracker teams from Bulacan CIDG, 2nd PMFC, Sta. Maria, Plaridel, Obando, CSJDM, and Pandi PS. These operations led to the arrest of ten (10) individuals who were wanted for a variety of crimes and offenses, based on court-issued warrants.

All the arrested accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit or station for proper disposition.

Moreover, in the area of Banga 2nd, Plaridel, a buy-bust operation carried out by Plaridel PS resulted in the arrest of three (3) drug dealers and the seizure of illegal drugs with an estimated value of approximately eighty-one thousand six hundred pesos (Php 81,600 – Standard Drug Price, SDP). The operation led to the confiscation of four (4) sachets of suspected shabu and marked money.

Similarly, anti-illegal drug operatives from Balagtas and Bocaue PS apprehended two (2) drug peddlers, leading to the seizure of thirteen (3) sachets containing suspected shabu, valued at six thousand eight hundred pesos (Php 6,800 – SDP), as well as ten (10) sachets of suspected dried marijuana, valued at twelve thousand two hundred forty pesos (Php 12,240 – SDP), along with marked money.

The arrested suspect and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination. While criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspect have been prepared for filing in court.
