CITY OF MALOLOS — The Provincial Government of Bulacan kicked off the Singkaban Festival 2026 celebrations yesterday by opening two major events aimed at supporting local livelihoods: the 2nd leg of the Tatak Singkaban Trade Fair and the Kadiwa ng Pangulo.
Spanning the area in front of the Regional Trial Court Building, the combined trade fair features 80 local exhibitors where visitors can explore and purchase a rich variety of homegrown goods—from fresh agricultural produce and ready-to-eat food, hand-crafted Bulacan accessories, and traditional handicrafts.
Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando led the ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro, Board Members Fortunato “Tato” SJ. Angeles, Romina D. and Anna Kathrina M. Hernandez, Provincial Administrator Antonia V. Constantino, and PCEDO Department Head Atty. Jayric L. Amil.
Organized by the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PCEDO) and the Provincial Agriculture Office (PAO), the event reinforces the province’s commitment to expanding market reach for local MSMEs and farmers.
The province also launched the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) Kiosk yesterday at the OTOP Hub inside the PCEDO Building that will serve as a dedicated retail hub designed to connect local farmers and agrarian reform beneficiaries directly to mainstream consumers.
