Governor Daniel R. Fernando leads the official launching of the new Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) Kiosk located at the OTOP Hub-Bulacan inside the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PCEDO) Building, Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan yesterday, which will be a dedicated retail showcase for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Joining the launch are (L-R) PCEDO Department Head Atty. Jayric L. Amil, Vice Governor Alexis C.
