Police dismantled drug den, suspects arrested in Bulacan

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos — A drug den was dismantled resulting to the arrest of eight drug suspects in the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on Thursday afternoon.
Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) director Col. Relly Arnedo identified the arrested drug suspect as Orlando Briones, 42; Mark Christian Calipayan, 35; John Mico Aguilos, 18; Neptune Anuevo, 40; Jeffrey Ducoy, 24; Aira Kenneiker, 20; Raiza Canonigo, 22 and Rowena Evite, 51, all from CSJDM and Norzagaray.
Investigation showed that elements of CSJDM Police Station conducted a drug bust operation in Area B, Purok 7, Barangay. Bagong Buhay 1, CSJDM that resulted in the arrest of Briones and Calipayan and successful dismantling of a “drug den” and the arrest of the other suspects.
Police said the other six suspects were caught in the act sniffing shabu in a pot session wherein fourteen sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and marked money were confiscated.
Similarly, eight more drug peddlers were identified as Jhon Jhinel Ablao and 3 others from Brgy. Bagong Barrio, Pandi; while Joshua Ilang Ilang and 3 others from Caingin, Bocaue were all arrested after a series of drug sting operations conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Units (SDEU) of Pandi and Bocaue Police Station.
Confiscated were a total of Thirteen sachets of suspected shabu and bust money.
All arrested individuals and the confiscated pieces of evidence were taken to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination. Criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects are being prepared for filing in court.
Meanwhile, Evander Bote, a City Level – MWP of SJDM wanted for the crime of Rape, was arrested by CSJDM PS on a warrant of arrest issued by RTC Branch 78, City of Malolos. Additionally, Ruel Luvideces, an identified Municipal Level – MWP of Guiguinto, wanted for the crime of Rape ( 8 counts), was arrested by Guiguinto PS under a warrant issued by RTC Br 4, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
Furthermore, eleven individuals wanted for various crimes and offenses were arrested in a separate manhunt operation by the tracker team of Bulacan 2nd PMFC, CSJDM, Bocaue, Angat, Malolos, Marilao, and Norzagaray PS. All accused are presently under the custody of the arresting station for proper disposition.
