P800K illegal drugs seized, 8 suspects arrested

CAMP Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Nearly P800,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized and eight suspected drug peddlers were arrested during separate anti-illegal drug bust operations by police authorities in Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, and Zambales on January 11, 2023. 
Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) regional director BGen. Cesar Pasiwen said in Nueva Ecija, police authorities conducted separate anti-illegal drug operations which resulted in the arrest of Daniel Puyat, 48 years old, resident of Brgy. Cruz Roja, Cabanatuan City; Joseph Quejada, 40 years old, resident of Brgy. Cruz Roja, Cabanatuan City; and Francis Garcia, 29 years old, resident of Brgy. San Roque Norte, Cabanatuan City.
Confiscated evidence from the suspects were nine pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 31.5 grams amounting to P214,200.00 and Php 1,000.00 bill marked money.
Similarly, Jojit Mayor, alias Jojit, a High Value-Individual, 42 years old, resident of Brgy San Isidro Sta Ana, Pampanga and Raffy Turla, 41 years old, resident of Brgy Lourdes, CSFP were arrested by joint operatives of Intel/SDEU of City of San Fernando Police Station thru buy-bust operation at Brgy. Lourdes, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Seized from the duo were 10 pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 68 grams with an estimated street value of P442,000.00 with Php 1,000.00 bill marked money.
While in Zambales Col. Fitz Macariola director of Zambales PPO said that  joint elements of Subic MPS, Zambales PDEU, Zambales PIU, 1st and 2nd PMFC Zambales PPO conducted anti-illegal drug operation at Brgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales which resulted in the arrest of Bryner Tiamsing, alias Ner, 22 years old; Albert Del Rosario, 33 years old; and Jay – Ar Ladon, alias JR, 21 years old, all residents of Brgy Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales.
Seized from the trio were five pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets weighing 17.1 grams with a street value of P116,280.00 and P500.00 bill marked money.
 “Your police here in Central Luzon will have no let-up on our crackdown on all forms of lawlessness especially on illegal drugs in support to the DILG’s BIDA program,” Pasiwen said.
