MWP AND LAW BREAKERS ARRESTED IN BULACAN

Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — The Bulacan police operations led to the apprehension of individuals involved in criminal activities on January 9, 2024 and early today. These successful operations resulted in the arrest of a Most Wanted Person (MWP), including felons, and drug dealers.

Based on the reports submitted to PCOL RELLY B ARNEDO, PD Bulacan PPO, the persistent manhunt operation led by the tracker team of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station together with 301st MC, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 (RMFB3) resulted in the successful arrest of a 17-year-old (CICL) at Brgy. Fatima 3, CSJDM, Bulacan around 11:23 a.m. of January 9, 2024 by virtue of warrant arrest for the crime of Rape (2 counts) with no bail recommended and Rape by Sexual Assault with Php 200,000 bail recommended, issued by the Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 120, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Similarly, operatives from the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), Malolos, San Jose Del Monte, Sta. Maria, San Rafael, Meycauayan, and Paombong City PS tracked down and served the arrest warrants issued by the court to eleven (11) individuals wanted for various crimes and offenses. All the arrested accused are presently in the custody of the arresting unit or station for proper disposition.

Meanwhile, a series of buy-bust operations conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Sta. Maria, Plaridel, Guiguinto, Angat, and Balagtas Police Station led to the arrest of nine (9) drug peddlers and the seizure of twenty-three (23) sachets of suspected shabu with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 70,420 and marked money.

All arrested individuals and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination. Criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 have been prepared against the suspects for filing in court.
