Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos — A Communist Terrorist Group, Rebolusyonaryong Hukbong Bayan (RHB) member, voluntarily surrendered to the Bulacan Police in the City of Malolos, Bulacan on January 9, 2024.
Based on the report submitted by Bulacan Police director PCol Relly Arnedo to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) regional director BGen Jose Hidalgo Jr., the surrenderee was identified as alias Ka She, 43 years old, unemployed, a member of RHB, and operating in the coastal areas of Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, and Zambales.
Arnedo said she was convinced to join the aforementioned rebel group for Government reform to attain equal rights to avoid social injustice.
The Force Commander, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) said that on January 9, 2024 at about 11:30 a.m. in Camp Alejo S Santos, Brgy. Guinhawa, Malolos, Bulacan, joint elements of the 1st PMFC, Bulacan PIU, 2nd PMFC, 301st MC RMFB, 24th SAC, 2SAB PNP SAF, and 70IB PA facilitated the surrender of the subject.
Alias Ka She turned over one 12-gauge shotgun and a Smith & Wesson caliber .38 without serial number and assorted ammunitions.
The surrendered CTG member is presently under the custody of the 1st PMFC for investigation and custodial debriefing.
