The members of Mutya Ning Angeles 2023 working committee pose after the initial photo shoot of candidates held last September 23-24, 2023 at the Angeles University Foundation Sports and Cultural Center. Joining them in photo are Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin’s Chief Adviser and Tactician IC Calaguas, Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, City Tourism Officer Anneleen Sugui, Designers Frederick Policarpio, Marlon Tuazon and Rosette Ramos-Biag, and Rommel “Poklong” Guina. Other members of the committee are Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officer Irish Bonus-Llego, Cecille Flores-Sanchez and Marna Dagumboy. The MNA 2023 will be crowned on November 30, 2023 at Grand Palazzo Royale.
