DPWH REGION 3 ENGINEERING OFFICES PROVIDE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE TO MOTORISTS

THE different district engineering offices in Central Luzon have been providing assistance to motorists in need on the road as part of the agency’s Lakbay Alalay program.

In the early hours of April 7, the Tarlac 1st District Engineering Office Motorist Assistance Team aided a motorcycle rider who had a flat tire in Gerona around 3:08 a.m, while, the Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office maintenance crew responded to a motorcycle accident caused by a tire problem along Manila North Road at around 2:50 a.m.
On April 6, a rider who was travelling to San Luis, Aurora, encountered a problem with his motorcycle’s clutch after it slipped at the Bicolaoag Section of Nueva Ecija-Aurora Road.
The Aurora District Engineering Office team was able to provide temporary repair to the damaged clutch.
The swift response and roadside assistance provided by the different district engineering offices underscore the significance of vehicle maintenance and DPWH’s initiatives in aiding motorists in need, ultimately ensuring road safety and convenience.
