The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Bataan 2nd District Engineering Office (DEO) successfully completed the CY 2023 Internal Quality Audit (IQA) conducted from August 1 to 3, 2023, with the aim of assessing the DEO’s adherence to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements and demonstrating its dedication to maintaining excellence across its operations and services.
Under the guidance of Engr. Mark Pericles R. David and Mr. Evaresto C. Malones Jr., the district office underwent a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of its processes, which included planning management, performance evaluation, procurement management, administrative and human resource management, financial management, physical resource management, information management, and other support processes.
District Engineer Ulysses C. Llado commended the collective efforts of the DEO’s team, led by QMS Core Team Leader Engr. Ma. Regina A. Bangco, for the successful conduct of the internal quality audit.
Engr. David, in closing, commended Bataan 2nd DEO’s commitment to transparency and for fostering a collaborative work culture, illustrating their strong dedication to continuous improvement.
