CLMA recognizes ‘pandemic hero’ Mayor Joni Villanueva

POSTHUMOUS AWARD—LAWYER and former Citizen’s Battle Against Corruption (CIBAC) Party List Rep. Sherwin Tugna (center) widower of late Bocuae Mayor Joni Villanueva receives a Posthumous Award for his wife as “COVID-19” pandemic hero from Central Luzon Media Association (CLMA) President Carmela Reyes-Estrope ( 3rd from right) and other officials and members on Saturday. The late mayor died of a disease in May 28, 2020 while at the height of preparing ayuda packs to her constituents and after initiating the  construction of the first public hospital in the town and a diagnostic and molecular laboratory.
