CARNAPPERS AND LAWBREAKERS APPREHENDED

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan — The suspects for carnapping, wanted felons and drug dealers were arrested by Bulacan cops during the anti-crime drive on April 29, 2023.

Provincial Director Col. Relly Arnedo of Bulacan PNP said a joint follow-up operation by CSJDM and Sta Maria MPS resulted in the arrest of three suspects in connection with a carnapping incident that occurred on April 24, 2023, in CSJDM, Bulacan.

The victim was riding her motorcycle when two motorcycles blocked her path, and the suspects pointed a pellet gun at her and stole her motorcycle. The suspects, identified as Rudy Gonzalo (41), Alexander Bensan (23), and Chozen Cruz (28) all from Rodriguez, Province of Rizal, were apprehended. Further investigation revealed that they were also involved in another car napping incident on the same day. Appropriate criminal charges have been filed against them. The stolen motorcycle was also recovered during the operation.

Meanwhile, operations by the tracker teams of Bulacan CIDG, 2nd PMFC, Meycauayan City, Balagtas, Marilao, Malolos City, CSJDM and San Rafael PS successfully tracked down and apprehended ten (10) felons wanted for various crimes and offenses.

Further, a drug-bust operation conducted by the Station Drug Unit Enforcement (SDEU) of Marilao PS led to the arrest of Mark Edward Parales, John Rodney Palaran, and Jolan Saylago in Lambakin, Marilao after a consummated drug-trade with the police operatives in Brgy. Tambubong, San Rafael. While three (3) more drug peddlers – Terry John Luis, Ananias Robledo and Junell Rionico, were arrested by Pulilan PS in Tinejero, Pulilan. Confiscated were a total of thirteen (13) sachets of suspected shabu and marked money.
