BULACAN PNP ESTABLISHED DIFFERENT CONTROL POINTS FOR PBBM INAUGURATION

CAMP General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos — The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) set several checkpoints/control points around the province in preparation for the inauguration of President-elect Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

PCol. Charlie Cabradilla , Acting Provincial Director, Acting Bulacan Police Provincial Office indicated that the checkpoints would offer utmost security during Marcos’ inauguration as the 17th President of the Republic of the Philippines.

These checkpoints/control points set up at all provincial entrance and exit ports would dissuade unruly elements and troublemakers from striking before and during the inauguration.

At the various checkpoints established, a total of 53 police officers were deployed: a dedicated border control point in the cities of San Jose del Monte (SJDM), Meycauayan, and Obando; a control point in San Miguel, Bulacan, and Nueva Ecija comprised of the Bulacan Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) and the Highway Patrol Team; and the Law Enforcement Checkpoint (LEC) of the various police stations province-wide.

Also included in the preparation was increased intelligence monitoring ahead of time to prevent probable attacks against organizations plotting to undermine President-elect Marcos’ inauguration.

“Bulacan PNP is constantly on guard to avoid any local threats or other criminal groups from obtaining an edge in President-elect Marcos’s assuming office,” APD Cabradilla added.
