CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos — Twenty-seven lawbreakers including most wanted were arrested in different police operations of Bulacan PNP on Thursday and Friday.

PCol Rommel Ochave, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP, eleven (11) drug suspects were arrested in series of buy-bust operations conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Guiguinto, Obando, Meycauayan, Pandi, Pulilan, Obando, San Rafael and Sta Maria C/MPS. Seized were thirty-five (35) heat-sealed sachets of suspected shabu, coin purse and buy-bust money.
Meanwhile, the anti-illegal gambling operation by 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) together with Pulilan MPS resulted in the arrest of Lilibeth Francisco of Dulong Malabon, Pulilan for engaging in illegal gambling activity (bookies). Confiscated were bundles of papelitos, notebook, tickler, ballpen, stapeler and collected bet money in different denominations.
On the other hand, suspects identified as Librado Calilap Jr of Akle, San Ildefonso; and Jobert Hepsani of Porac, Pampanga were arrested in the Anti-Truck Overloading Mobile Enforcement (ATOME) operation conducted by personnel of LTO, PDEA, Bocaue PNP and NLEX in partnership with DPWH along Weighbridge Station NLEX Southbound, Brgy. Turo, Bocaue, Bulacan. Both of them were arrested for Violation of Sec 5 of RA 10586 (Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act).
Likewise, five (5) individuals were arrested in separate crime incidents responded by the authorities of Baliwag and Bocaue. Three (3) were arrested for stealing long steel pipes inside the establishment while two (2) others for Violation of RA 8353 (Rape) in relation to RA 7610 (Anti-Child Abuse Law).
Appropriate criminal complaints against all the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
In addition, eight ( 8 ) wanted persons including most wanted were arrested by writ of Warrant of Arrest (WOA) in different manhunt operations of the tracker team of Baliwag, Meycauayan, Marilao, Paombong, SJDM, Sta. Maria C/MPS, 2nd PMFC with joint personnel of RHPU NCR, 301st MC RMFB3, 24th Special Action Company (SAF), PHPT Bulacan and 3rd SOU Maritime Group. The most wanted person was identified as Lhendy Durana, MWP City Level (1st Qtr) resident of Muzon, CSJDM, Bulacan arrested for Murder. While seven (7) others were arrested for the crimes of Qualified Theft; Serious Physical Injuries; Theft; Cyber Libel; Violation of RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act); Rape; and Violation of RA 6539 (Anti-Carnapping Act of 1972). The arrested accused are now under the custody of the respective arresting unit/station for proper disposition.
