Anchored on the anti-drug campaign dubbed as BIDA, or “Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan,” the competition aims to reform PDL, especially those involved in drug use, while providing them with opportunities to showcase their creativity and skills while in confinement.

The top three winning entries per category will participate in the National “BIDA” Painting, Handicraft Making, and Songwriting Challenge, while proceeds of the competition shall be directly given to the immediate family of the PDL.
