The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and Double 11 Properties Corporation officially broke ground on July 9, 2026 for the first phase construction of the two-hectare mixed-use commercial development D11 Super Station.

The project is part of BCDA’s long-term lease agreement with Double 11 Properties Corporation. The company has committed a total investment of P200 million, with P100 million allocated for the first one-hectare phase and another P100 million for the second phase of the development.

“As New Clark City continues to grow, developments like the D11 Super Station provide the commercial and mobility infrastructure needed to support its expanding communities and businesses. This project demonstrates how strategic partnerships with the private sector are helping build a vibrant urban center,” BCDA President and CEO Joshua Bingcang said.

Targeted for completion in 2027, the D11 Super Station will feature a modern, full-service station with electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities, local and international food establishments, retail stores, and other commercial spaces. Designed to serve as one of New Clark City’s key commercial gateways, it will cater to visitors, residents, and motorists while complementing the growing portfolio of developments in New Clark City.

Upon full completion, it is expected to open food and retail establishments, create jobs for residents of Tarlac and neighboring communities, and generate revenues for the government. The presence of the super station will improve the availability of commercial offerings and mobility services for residents, workers, investors and visitors.

“With the ongoing partnerships, flagship openings, and upcoming projects masterplanned by BCDA, it is suitable to launch a mixed-use commercial development that caters to visitors, motorists, vicinity residents, and employees within New Clark City. D11 Super Station aims to be the premier stopover destination for dining, shopping, fuel and EV-charging needs of traveling locals and tourists, by bringing our local and international food and retail brand partners to New Clark City,” Double 11 Properties Corporation president Romeo Siccion said.

Double 11 Properties Corporation is a Filipino-owned company engaged in the development and operation of super stations, industrial parks, and themed attractions. The company has developed several key commercial service hubs across Central Luzon, including Mega Station KM 64 along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), Shell of Asia KM 36 NLEX Southbound, Northwalk Clark, Northwalk 1 and 2 in San Fernando, Pampanga, and the PTT Station along the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX).

The D11 Super Station supports the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. by attracting strategic investments, generating employment, and promoting inclusive and sustainable economic development in New Clark City and the surrounding region.
