ANGELES CITY — Mark your calendars now for 100 Days of Happiness, as the city government will host a Christmas bazaar of its One Town One Product at SM City Clark from September 16 to December 15, 2022.
Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. is encouraging his kababayans to visit the said affair, which aims to further assist the local small businesses.
“Suportahan po natin ang mga Gawang Angeleño na pwede po nating matangkilik sa ginaganap na trade fair sa SM City Clark,” Lazatin said.
“Ito po ang mga ipinagmamalaki nating gawang atin,” Lazatin added.
To date, the OTOP has 21 member-merchants displaying their very own Gawang Angeleño products.
Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel said this is one of the many trade fairs to be conducted by the city government for this Yuletide season.
Manuel is supervising the management of the OTOP with Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Angeles City Economic Development Investment and Promotions Office led by Irish Bonus-Llego.
Lazatin meanwhile thanked the SM City Clark for being the partner of the city government in prioritizing and promoting local products.
Part of the flagship programs of Mayor Lazatin is to widen the market for the OTOP store, as well as to revitalize it more.
In fact, the OTOP store will also have a trade fair during the Philippine’s longest fiesta – Fiestang Kuliat on October 17 to 26, 2022 at the Museo Ning Angeles, Heritage District.
Further, the OTOP store will also participate in the celebration of Organic Agriculture Month in November; and host a trade fair from Nov. 21 to 23, 2022 at the Museo Ning Angeles, Heritage District.
