Now completing his third and final term, he stands as a multi-awarded public servant — known far and wide for being tireless, dedicated, faithful, compassionate, and deeply loved by the people he serves.
His reach extends to every family and every community: from swift relief and aid for victims of fires and floods, to full support and services for our Overseas Filipino Workers. He has fought for fairer livelihoods and better working conditions for tricycle drivers and operators, invested heavily in our farmers and agriculture to ensure food security, and given our teachers the respect, support, and resources they rightly deserve.
Governor Fernando has also prioritized the protection of our environment and natural resources, while his life-changing scholarship programs have unlocked brighter futures for thousands of young Bulakenyos.
Through direct aid and sustainable livelihood programs, he has lifted up the poorest among us; brought free medical and dental services to even the farthest barangays; and built better roads, water systems, and vital infrastructure that connect towns and improve daily life for everyone.
