CAMP General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Fourteen people were arrested in different police operations conducted in Bulacan on Thursday, April 14, 2022.
PCol Rommel Ochave, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP, identified the two suspects who were arrested during the conduct of buy-bust operation in town of Pulilan as Lester Domayan of Dulong Malabon, Pulilan and Marlonito Canlas of Tabon, Pulilan, Bulacan.
Recovered from their possession were four sachets of suspected shabu and buy-bust money.
Meanwhile, separate anti-illegal gambling operations conducted by operatives of Pandi and SJDM C/MPS resulted in the arrest of seven individuals.
They were caught in the act of engaging in illegal cockfighting activities (tupada). Confiscated were fighting cocks, gaffs, bayong and bet money in different denominations.
On the other hand, two suspects were arrested as authorities responded in separate crime incidents that transpired in the areas of SJDM and Sta. Maria. They were identified as Dexter Tagapan of San Pedro, CSJDM arrested for Violation of RA 8353 (Anti-Rape Law) and Rowelito Estadilla of Caypombo, Sta. Maria for stabbing his victim due to heated argument. Appropriate criminal complaints against all the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
Different manhunt operations conducted by the elements of Hagonoy. Meycauayan and Pulilan C/MPS resulted in the arrest of three persons wanted by law.
They were identified as Allan Catanduanes of Balatong B, Pulilan arrested for Falsification by Private Individual and Use of Falsified Documents (RPC ART 172) Violation of Sec 1401, in relation to Sec 102 (PP) of the RA 10863 (Customs (CMTA) Modernization Act); Domingo Tibon of Sto. Rosario, Hagonoy for Violation of PD 1602 (Anti-Gambling Law); and John Carlo Bucao of Malhacan, Meycauayan City for Rape by Sexual Assault. All accused are presently under the custody of arresting stations for proper disposition.
