Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos —ย Three (3) Rebolusyonaryong Hukbong Bayan (RHB), a Communist-Terrorist Group (CTG), voluntarily surrendered to the Bulacan PNP in the City of Malolos, Bulacan, on October 29, 2023.
Based on the report to PCOL RELLY B ARNEDO, Provincial Director, Bulacan Police Provincial Office (BUL PPO), the surrendered members of the Rebolusyonaryong Hukbong Bayan (RHB) were identified as alias Ka Precious, a 22-year-old male, Ka Regine, a 43-year-old female, and Ka Johnssel, a 28-year-old male.
PLTCOL ISMAEL GAUNA, Force Commander, Bulacan 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), said that on October 29, 2023, at about 4:15 p.m. at Brgy. Sampaloc, San Rafael, Bulacan. Joint elements of the Bulacan PIU, 2nd PMFC, facilitated the surrender of the individuals.
Alias Ka Johnssel turned over one (1) unlicensed firearm described as a cal. 38 Smith and Wesson revolver without a serial number and three (3) pieces of cal. 38 live ammunition, uniforms, and flags of the New Peopleโs Army (NPA) that were then turned over to personnel of the Bulacan 2ndย PMFC.
The surrendered CTG members were immediately released after the interview.
