285 Parents and Children benefited from 84IB and Reserve Command’s Medical Mission in Nueva Ecija

285 parents/ children benefit medical mission in Guimba, Nueva Ecija on July 17, 2022.
FORT MAGSAYSAY, Nueva Ecija – The Reserve Command, Philippine Army together with the 84th Infantry (Victorious) Battalion conducted a Medical Mission that benefited 285 parents and their children on July 17, 2022 at Barangay Gymnasium of Barangay Cawayan Bugtong, Guimba, Nueva Ecija.
 
The activity was made possible by the partnership of Destura Construction and Interior Design Services, Rotary Club of Intramuros, Riego De Dios Eagles Club, Junior Chamber International Quezon City Capitol, 402 Community Defense Center, 3rd Regional Community Defense Group Reserve Command, Philippine Army and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Guimba, Nueva Ecija.
 
Major General Fernando V Felipe Philippine Army, Commander of Reserve Command Philippine Army said in a short program that the activity is part of the command’s mandate to contribute in socio-economic and nation building
 
The children were given Free General Checkup, Medicines and Hygiene Kits, Dental checkup and Tooth Extraction, Circumcision, and School Supplies. The children also received free haircut and assorted toys during the activity. 
 
On the other hand, Lieutenant Colonel Enrico Gil C Ileto, Commanding Officer of 84IB said that the unit will gladly provide assistance to any government and non-government projects that will benefit the community.
 
Meanwhile, Major General Andrew D Costelo, Commander of 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) reassured the 7ID full support to the mandate of the Reserve Command, Philippine Army and commitment to contribute in peace and community support initiatives of the government.
