CAMP Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- PRO3 Regional Director PBGen Mathew Baccay lauded the operating troops for the arrest of one Regional and three Provincial Most Wanted Persons during separate manhunt operations conducted regionwide on Tuesday, March 8, 2022. 
PBGen Baccay said that Joan Maglalang, Rank 7 Regional Most Wanted Persons, 39 years old, housewife, resident of Brgy Buho, Amadeo Cavite was arrested by Bulacan-PHPT together with Cavite-PHPT and 2nd PMFC Bulacan PPO during manhunt operation along Buho Road Brgy. Buho, Amadeo, Cavite by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of RA 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Law) under Criminal Case No. 106 -M-2022 issued by Hon. RIGOR RAYMUND PASCUAL, Acting Presiding Judge of RTC-Br. 14 Malolos City, Bulacan dated January 31, 2022 with Php 300,000.00 bail recommended.
Also, Limay MPS and 2nd PMFC Bataan together with CIDG-PFU Bataan, PIDMU Bataan PPO and Bataan MARPSTA conducted manhunt operation at Upper Tundol, Brgy. Reformista, Limay, Bataan which led to the arrest of Mark Fernandez, Rank 9 Most Wanted Person in Bataan, male, 28 years old, resident of Brgy. Saint Francis 1, Limay, Bataan by virtue of warrant of arrest for two counts of Sexual Assault in rel. to sec. 5(B) OF RA 7610 of RPC ART. 266-A (2) under Criminal Case No, ML-776 and ML-777 issued by Hon. Ma.Teresa Pagtalunan Mauleon, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Family Court Branch 3, Mariveles Bataan dated March 2, 2022 with recommended bail of Php 200,000 for each case.
Meanwhile, Bryan Soria, listed as one of the Most Wanted Persons in Pampanga, male, 19 years old, construction worker, resident of Brgy. Sta Maria Mabalacat City, Pampanga was arrested by joint elements of Mabalacat CPS and 302nd RMFB3 Polar Base during manhunt operation at Sitio Baluga Brgy. Sta Maria Mabalacat City, Pampanga by virtue of warrant of arrest for four (4) counts of Rape under Criminal Case No. ANG-21-03615-CR, R-ANG-21-03617-CR, R-ANG-21-03619-CR, R-ANG-21-03621-CR issued by Hon. Katrina Nora Buan-Factora, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 10, Angeles City, Pampanga with no bail recommended.
Similarly, joint elements of Iba MPS, Provincial Investigation Development and Management Unit, and CIDG PFU Zambales conducted manhunt operation at Brgy. Amungan Iba Zambales against Ryan Sugue, listed as one of the Most Wanted Persons in Zambales, male, 41 years old, resident of Brgy Amungan, Iba, Zambales by virtue of warrant of arrest for three (3) counts of violation of RA 9262 under Criminal Case No. 14025-2022-I, 14026-2022-I,14027-2022-I and two (2) counts of violation of RA 7610 dated March 02, 2022.
“The entire Central Luzon Police Force together with other police units continues its intensified campaign to put lawless elements and wanted persons behind the bars of justice and has been maximizing its efforts to eradicate all forms of lawlessness in the region,” Baccay furthered.
