Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) conducted an anti-crime drive on January 5, 2023 that resulted in the arrest of a robber, five wanted felons, and a drug dealer.
Reports to PCol Relly Arnedo, provincial director of Bulacan PPO, said that a total of PHP 809,000 worth of money was reported stolen at Metal One Hardware, located at Wakas, Bocaue, at around 02:00 p.m. Thursday.
One of the suspects, Narlou Salvosa (45) (arrested), a security guard for the aforementioned company, served as a lookout while his unnamed accomplice (at large) forced the way into the establishment and manager’s office and stole a plastic envelope containing PHP 109,000, including the contents of a small steel vault estimated to be worth PHP 700,000.
Following the filing of the appropriate criminal complaints, a follow-up operation is being carried out to apprehend the elusive offender.
Meanwhile, tracker teams from San Miguel, Santa Maria, CSJDM, and Plaridel PS arrested five (5) felons wanted for various criminal offenses by virtue of warrants issued by the court.
Further, Baliwag City PS anti-drug operatives arrested the suspect, Ramon Quijano Jr., during a drug bust operation in Sitio Mulawin Matanda Brgy. Tarcan, Baliwag, Bulacan. Three (3) sachets of suspected shabu and bust money were recovered.
