CAMP Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — An estimated P300,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized as the 2nd day of Bulacan PNP’s Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) continues, including the arrest of forty-three suspects on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
Acting provincial director PCol. Rommel Ochave of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) said that 21 drug suspects, 19 wanted persons, and 3 individuals for illegal gambling were arrested in the said operation.
The drug suspects were arrested during series of anti-illegal drug busts by the different Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) wherein 53 sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 17.916 grams with a total Dangerous Drug Board (DDB) value of One-hundred Twenty-four thousand and Two-hundred four pesos (Php124,204.00) were confiscated.
Similarly an estimated weight of 1477.2 grams with DDB value of One Hundred Seventy-Seven thousand and Two-hundred Fifty-four pesos (Php 177,254.00) of marijuana were also confiscated.
It was learned that Bulacan PPO’s tracker teams conducted manhunt operations by virtue of Warrant of Arrest (WOA) that resulted to the arrest 19 wanted persons.
A felon identified as Reden Camille as Most Wanted Persons (MWP) City Level for Violation of RA 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Act) was likewise arrested.
Meanwhile, an anti-illegal gambling operation conducted by Hagonoy Police Station resulted in the arrest of three individuals while caught in the act of engaging in ‘Cara y Cruz’.
