OATH-TAKING AND DONNING OF RANKS OF PRO3 NEWLY PROMOTED PERSONNEL

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — A total of 2,564 newly-promoted PNP personnel, 252 of whom are Police Commissioned Officers (PCOs) and 2,312 are Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCOs)  took their oath at the PRO3 Post Grandstand, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga earlier this afternoon (March 25).

The donning and mass pinning of the newly promoted PCOs and PNCOs was administered by PBGen. Jose Hidalgo Jr, PRO3 Regional Director.

“Achieving a higher rank is commendable, but it’s crucial to recognize that it’s not a signal to become complacent, instead of settling, I encourage you to maintain your momentum, push yourself further, and tackle the upcoming challenges with determination. Your promotion marks a milestone but is just one step toward realizing your aspirations. Keep striving, embrace the hurdles ahead, and focus on making your dreams a reality. Itinalaga kayo ngayon sa inyong mga ranggo sapagkat alam ng buong PNP na malaki pa ang inyong potensyal upang makapaglingkod at maging mabuting ehemplo sa kapwa ninyo pulis at katrabaho,” PBGEN HIDALGO JR said.
The pinning and donning of ranks is done simultaneously in all levels of command of the PNP to acknowledge the achievement of the promotees.
