Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro, on behalf of Governor Daniel R. Fernando, administers the oath of office of the new officials of the Bulacan Culture and the Arts Council consisting of Vice Chairman Romeo Dela Rosa (3rd from right), Co-Vice Chairman Demetrio Bajet (2nd from right) and Provincial History, Arts, Culture and Tourism Officer Dr. Eliseo S. Dela Cruz along with its Honorary Member Board Member Richard A. Roque represented by Girl Official Jemimah Magsipoc, counterpart from District V, during the celebration of the 445th Bulacan Foundation Day held at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan earlier.
