Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos – The Top 1 Most Wanted Person (MWP) of Olongapo City was collared in Barangay Narra, CSJDM, Bulacan on November 10, 2021.
PCol Manuel Lukban Jr., Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP, identified the arrested Olongapo City’s MWP as Alexander Olivar, of Brgy. Narra, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest in a joint Manhunt operation by the Tracker team of the City of San Jose del Monte CPS as the lead unit together with the City Intelligence Unit (CIU-OCPO), PS1-OCPO, PS6-OCPO, Bulacan 1st and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), 301st MC RMFB-3, 24th Special Action Company (SAF), PHPT Bulacan and 3rd SOU-Maritime Group.
Olivar was arrested for the following crimes of Rape; Lascivious conduct under Sec. 5(b) of R.A. 7610; and Alias Warrant of Arrest for the crime of “Other Acts of Child Abuse under Sec. 10(a) of R.A. 7610”.
The arrested accused is now under the custody of SJDM CPS Custodial Facility for turn-over to the issuing court.
