MNA 2023 crown shines like a star

ANGELES CITY — This year’s Mutya Ning Angeles crown serves as a symbol of the shining administration of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr.

Thus, according to Cholo Ayuyao, who is the brains behind the inspiration of this year’s MNA crown.

Called as a ‘star’ or ‘Batuin’ in Kapampangan, the crown is also a symbol of direction — the festive Paskung Kapampangan and its seemingly enigmatic faint luminosity that hides its true power and shine.

“This is our meaning behind the MNA 2023 crown,” Ayuyao said.

“The crown will have the unmistakable angles of a star, elaborated with red crystals, Rhinestones and zircon gems, Ayuyao furthered.

Ayuyao, who is in the fashion and arts industry for 20 years now, said just like Mayor Lazatin’s support to  local fashion and art, the industries —  just like a ‘Batuin’ — were given direction towards one goal, and that is to be the best city that Angeles can be.

“With that, thank you very much to the administration of Mayor Lazatin and the MNA working committee led by Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel for keeping on supporting us through your programs,” Ayuyao said.

The MNA 2023 is set on November 30, 2023 at the Grand Palazzo Royale.

This is another priority project of Mayor Lazatin, co-presented by the Beautéderm Corporation led by President and Chief Executive Officer Rei Anicoche-Tan.
