MAYOR Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. is now at the Angeles City Emergency Disaster Command Center to monitor the city’s situation due to the typhoon.
Mayor Lazatin earlier said the city government is all eyes on the current situation of the city, where frontline offices are also on standby in any event.
Seen with Mayor Lazatin is Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Rudy Simeon and members of the City Social Welfare and Development Office headed by Edna Duaso who are on-standby at the City Hall.
Mayor Lazatin also instructed CSWDO to prepare the stockpile of food packages for the evacuees.
Lazatin appeals to his kababayans to also join him in praying for everyone’s safety.
