Lazatin to give ₱1K financial aid, rice subsidy, Vitamin C to 4K Angeleño PWDs

House-to-house distribution of financial assistance awaits Angelenos starting March 1, 2023 to be led by Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr.

ANGELES CITY — The city government here, under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. will kick-off the house-to-house distribution of ₱1,000 financial assistance, five kilos of rice, and 3-month supply of Vitamin C supplements to 4,000 physically-disabled Angeleños starting on March 1, 2023.

 

This was revealed by Lazatin’s Chief Adviser IC Calaguas, who said that the distribution will begin in Barangays San Nicolas (58 beneficiaries); Virgen Delos Remedios (37); Claro M. Recto (81); and Lourdes Sur (95).

 

“Lahat po ng sektor sa komunidad pupuntahan po ni Mayor Lazatin para hatiran po ng tulong pinansyal,” Calaguas said.

 

“Batid po ng liderato ni Mayor Lazatin ang pangangailangan ng bawat sektor kaya naman po sinisikap nating mabigyan po lahat ng karampatang tulong,” Calaguas furthered.

 

According to Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office Head Alma Vital, this is not the first time that Mayor Lazatin had distributed financial assistance for the sector.

 

Lazatin’s Chief Adviser IC Calaguas recently presided the meeting for the distribution with Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, PDAO Head Vital, and Gender and Development Officer Mina Cabiles.
