Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro lead the distribution of sacks of rice, food packs, emergency and hygiene kits and P10,000 cash to 48 families last Friday, who were evacuated from their homes due to smoke emission at old open dumpsite located at Barangay Citrus, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. With them are (seated) Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Rowena J. Tiongson, Community Affairs Officer IV Jacky A. Calilung and barangay officials.
