FELONS AND LAWBREAKERS ARRESTED IN BULACAN

Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan —Police operations conducted by the Bulacan PNP led to the apprehension of several individuals involved in unlawful activities on October 1, 2023.

Based on reports submitted to PCOL RELLY B ARNEDO, the Provincial Director of Bulacan PPO, team of warrant operatives from the CSJDM, Guiguinto PS, 1st and 2nd PMFC’s diligent pursuit to track down wanted felons led to the successful arrest of four (4) individuals. The arrested felons were Fernando Sahagun for Robbery, Richard Santiago for violation of RA 9165, Evangeline Vizcarra for Estafa, and Benny Gabinay for the crime of R.A. 9165 Art. II Sec. 5 and 11 with no bail recommended (service of sentence) were all arrested by virtue of warrants issued by the court and are all presently under the custody of the respective arresting units/stations for proper disposition.

Meanwhile, two (2) suspects have been arrested for a robbery in Brgy. Liciada, Bustos, Bulacan, on September 30, 2023. The victim reported the theft of thirty thousand pesos (Php 30,000) from the store’s safety deposit box. Surveillance footage showed one suspect entering through the ceiling, aided by two lookouts, including a minor. The police recovered Php9,900, and the two suspects, Christoper Silvestre (25) and Patrick Malllari (20), face criminal complaints, while the minor is with Bustos MSWD for assessment.

Further, in Bustos, Bulacan, Jayson Balita @Boy Lu, allegedly assaulted two (2) persons in authority of Brgy. Catacte. The altercation began when the suspect challenged the victims to a fistfight after being confronted for reckless driving. Balita reportedly punched one of the victims without provocation, causing injuries. The suspect was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

The arrested lawbreakers are currently in police custody, as necessary documentation has been prepared for the filing of criminal complaints in court.
