Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — The Bulacan PNP conducted successful operations on September 12, 2023, resulting in the arrest of a City Level –Most Wanted Person (MWP) and several other law offenders.
In reports submitted to PCol Relly Arnedo, the Provincial Director of Bulacan PPO, the felon, Angelo Buensuceso was apprehended by the tracker team of CSJDM PS in Towerville, Brgy. Graceville, CSJDM.
Buensuceso, identified as the City Level – MWP of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, is wanted for Violation of Article II, Section 5 of R.A 9165 (2 counts) and Violation of Article II, Section 11 of R.A 9165, based on a warrant issued by RTC Br. 8, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
Additionally, seven (7) felons wanted for various crimes and offenses were tracked down and arrested by the warrant officers of Hagonoy, Balagtas, Bulakan, Meycauayan City, and Sta. Maria PS. The arrested felons wanted for various crimes and offenses were identified as CJ Crisostomo for Section 5(1) of RA 9262, M Conese for Lascivious Conduct, R Cruz for Section 10(a) of RA 7610, JZ Luna for Sec. 13 and 15 of RA 9165, G Plaza for Sec. 5(A) of RA 9262, J Moreno for Robbery with Force Upon Things and M Gaw for Estafa Through Falsification of Public Documents.
They are currently under the custody of their respective arresting units/stations for appropriate action.
Meanwhile, the Station Drug Enforcement Units (SDEUs) of CSJDM and Bocaue PS apprehended a total of seven (7) drug suspects: Ervin Ebba, Edwardo Mateo, Mary Norelyn Demesa, and Jessfer Flores, all from CSJDM; while Luisito Ortega, Abril Pascual, and Jojo Castillo were from Bocaue. Confiscated were marked money and suspected shabu with an estimated Standard Drug Price (SDP) worth twenty-three thousand and eight hundred pesos (Php 23,800) during successful drug bust operations in Bulacan.
All arrested individuals and the confiscated pieces of evidence were taken to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination. Criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects were prepared for filing in court.
