Bulacan State University (BulSU)- San Rafael Campus building was officially named to late Mercedes T. Gotianun, matriarch of Filinvest Land Inc. during the unveiling of marker and naming of building activity held in BulSU-SR Campus in Plaridel By-pass in Barangay San Roque, San Rafael, Bulacan last Wednesday (April 26). The event was graced by Michael Gotianun (third from right), Vice President of Supply Chain Management – Filinvest Land, Inc. along with Congresswoman Lorna Silverio (third from left) of 3rd District of Bulacan and the proponent of the said P200-million external campus project under R.A. 11329 that was inaugurated last December 14, 2022.
