Camp General Alejo S. Santos, City of Malolos — On the 5th day of Bulacan PNP’s Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Unit (SACLEO) six drug personalities, ten wanted felons, six illegal gamblers, and a lawbreaker, were arrested on April 22, 2023.

Bulacan PNP provincial director Col. Relly Arnedo said that six drug personalities were arrested in different buy-bust operations conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Pandi, Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Unit, Guiguinto and San Ildefonso Police Station.

The suspects were identified as John Visonaya of Karuhatan, Valenzuela; Sarriel Bartolome of CSJDM, Bulacan; Nonelon Jose of Bigte, Norzagaray; Rodrigo Grisola of San Jose, Plaridel; Jeffrey Castro of Sta Cruz guiguinto; and Joselito Sto. Domingo of Tibag, Baliwag. Confiscated were a total of twenty-two (22) sachets of suspected shabu and buy-bust money.

Further, ten persons wanted by law were arrested in different manhunt operations by the tracker teams of Bulacan 1st and 2nd  Provincial Mobile Force Company, Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Unit, Malolos, San Jose del Monte, Norzagaray, Marilao, Hagonoy, and Baliwag Police Station. They were arrested for crimes of Rape (2 Counts); Unjust Vexation; Estafa; Violation of RA 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.); Violation of RA 9003 (Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000); Violation of Section 12 & 15, Article II of R.A 9165 and Violation of BP 22. All accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit/stations for proper disposition.

Meanwhile, six illegal gamblers were arrested in separate anti-illegal gambling operations conducted by operatives of SJDM CPS. The arrested suspects were caught in the act of playing and betting in a card bet-game “Tong-its” Confiscated were set of playing cards and bet money in different denominations.

On the other hand, an entrapment operation was conducted by teams from Bulacan PIU together with Baliuag CPS at Tarcan, Baliuag, that resulted to the arrest of Joel Delos Santos for Violation of RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act), recovered were one (1) Llamma 9mm Caliber Pistol, three (3) pieces cal. 9mm live ammunition and one (1) piece pistol magazine.

Appropriate criminal complaints against all the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
