BULACAN PNP’S SACLEO APPREHENDED TOP 1 MOST WANTED, 18 LAW BREAKERS

CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan — On the 5th day of Bulacan PNP’s Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Unit (SACLEO) Top 1 most wanted, including ten  wanted felons,  two drug personalities, four illegal gamblers, and two lawbreakers, were apprehended on March 6, 2023.  

Based on the report submitted to PCOL RELLY B ARNEDO, Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP, said that the diligent operation of the Baliwag Police Station tracked down and arrested Joshua Garcia alias Kuya Joshua in Brgy. Piel, Baliwag City, Bulacan.

Joshua Garcia was tagged as the Top 1 Provincial Level (MWP of Bulacan) wanted for violation of Rape by virtue of a warrant under criminal case number 351-M-2023 issued by Hon. Francisco Macapagal Beley, Presiding Judge, Family Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 4, City of Malolos, Bulacan, with no bail recommended.

Similarly, during a series of pursuit operations conducted by the tracker teams of the 1st PMFC, Meycauayan, Plaridel, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bocaue, Bulakan, Norzagaray, Marilao, Baliwag, Guiguinto, and Bocaue C/MPS, ten (10) persons wanted by law were all apprehended, they were arrested for the crimes of RA 9003, Estafa, Theft, Serious Physical Injuries, Violence Against Women and Children (RA 9262), Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Damage in Property, RA 7610. All accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit/stations for proper disposition.

Meanwhile, in a series of anti-illegal drug operations carried out by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Pandi and San Ildefonso MPS, two (2) drug personalities were apprehended. A total of eleven (11) suspected sachets of shabu with an estimated combined drug value of PHP 12,584.00, along with drug paraphernalia and money, were seized.

On the other hand, an anti-illegal gambling operation conducted by Pulilan Police Station caught four (4) individuals in the act of playing card bet game “Pusoy”, Confiscated evidence includes one (1) set of playing cards and bet money in different denominations.

Furthermore, authorities of Malolos and Obando responded in different crime incidents that led to the arrest of two (2) felons. They were identified as Cardenas Cabornida of Obando Bulacan, Obando Police Station, arrested for RA 7610, and Mary Jane Montemayor of Valenzuela City, Malolos City Police Station, arrested for theft.

Appropriate criminal complaints against the arrested suspects are now being readied for filing in court.
