Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — On September 5, 2023, at approximately 06:30 PM, Marilao Police Station and Bulacan PIT together apprehended Ryan Alegre y Cepal, 45, unemployed, and resident of Payatas St. Brgy. Libtong, Meycauayan City, Bulacan Alegre is the Top 2 Municipal Level and 4th Most Wanted Person in the Province of Bulacan and was arrested in Brgy. Ibayo, Marilao,Bulacan. Bulacan PPO’s PD, Col Relly Arnedo, confirmed the arrest of the wanted criminal.
The arrest of Alegre was made through the execution of a warrant of arrest for the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, Violation for Possession of Dangerous Drugs (Sec. 11) of RA 9165, issued by Hon. Felizardo Soriano Montero Jr., Presiding Judge of Region Trial Court Branch 11, Malolos City, Bulacan, dated May 23, 2023. The warrant specified a bail recommendation of PHP 200,000.00. The accused is presently under the custody of the arresting unit/station for proper disposition.
