Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Bulacan Police carried out a series of intensified police operations resulting in the confiscation of illegal drugs and the arrest of four drug personalities, two wanted felons, and two law breakers on June 9 and 10, 2024.
PCol Relly Arnedo, Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) director said, the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Meycauayan City Police Station conducted a successful drug sting operation that resulted in the arrest of four drug personalities at around 11:30 p.m. of June 9, 2024, in Sitio Gulod, Brgy. Camalig, Meycauayan, Bulacan. Confiscated from the suspects were six sachets of suspected shabu along with marked money.
The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for appropriate examination, while criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspect is now being prepared for filing in court.
Meanwhile, two felons wanted for various crimes and offenses were arrested by tracker teams of the Bulacan PNP by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by the court. They were identified as alias Dan arrested for Qualified Theft in Brgy. Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan (Marilao MPS), and alias Romar for Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act. (RA 7610) in Brgy. Pungo, Calumpit, Bulacan (Calumpit MPS). All accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit or station for proper disposition.
On the other hand, two male suspects were arrested by the swift response of the Norzagaray MPS for the crime of Theft after stealing two pieces of 16-mm round bar, electrical wires, and two steel windows at about 3:50 p.m. in Brgy. Matictic, Norzagaray, Bulacan. An appropriate criminal complaint is being prepared against the arrested suspects.
