BULACAN PNP ANTI-CRIME DRIVE NET 11 LAW VIOLATORS

Camp Gen Alejo S. Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Six drug suspects, two wanted persons, and three  illegal gamblers were arrested by Bulacan Police in different police operations conducted on May 4 and 5, 2024.

According to the reports submitted to PCol Relly Arnedo, Provincial Director of Bulacan PPO, in different buy-bust operations conducted by Bocaue, Angat, Calumpit, and Malolos Police Station, six drug peddlers were arrested. Confiscated during the operations were a total of twenty-two plastic sachets of suspected shabu and buy-bust money.

The arrested suspect and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination. While criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspect is now being prepared for filing in court.

Meanwhile, the tracker teams of San Jose del Monte and Sta. Maria Police Station arrested two (2) wanted persons in a separate manhunt operation. They were arrested for crimes of qualified theft and violation of R.A. 9262.

The arrested accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit/station for proper disposition.

On the other hand, an anti-illegal gambling operation was conducted by San Jose del Monte, wherein three (3) illegal gamblers were arrested. They were caught in the act of playing an illegal coin game, Cara y Cruz. Confiscated evidence consisted of playing coins and bet money in different denominations.
