BULACAN COPS ARRESTS DRUG DEALERS AND LAWBREAKERS

Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Police operations conducted by the Bulacan PNP led to the apprehension of several drug dealers and individuals involved in unlawful activities on August 10, 2023.

In reports submitted to PCol. Relly Arnedo, Provincial Director of Bulacan PPO, it was stated that at about 5:00 a.m on Thursday, Pandi PS conducted a successful drug sting operation in Brgy. Mapulang Lupa, Pandi, Bulacan. During this operation, approximately 2 grams of suspected shabu, with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of about thirteen thousand six hundred pesos (Php 13,600), along with marked money, were confiscated. The suspects, identified as Ramil Duenas, Elino Cruz, and Nedy Andes, residents of Mapulang Lupa, Pandi, were promptly arrested.

Similarly, a series of drug buy-bust operations were conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Marilao and Obando PS. These operations led to the arrest of four (4) more drug suspects and the confiscation of an additional thirteen thousand two hundred pesos (Php 13,200) (SDP- standard drug prize) worth of suspected shabu and marked money.

All arrested individuals and the confiscated pieces of evidence were taken to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination. Criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects are being prepared for filing in court.

Moreover, alyas PAT, a Child in Conflict with the Law (CICL), wanted for the crime of Rape, was arrested by the tracker teams of CSJDM PS in Kaypian, CSJDM by virtue of a warrant of arrest, with no bail recommended, issued by RTC Br. 5FC, CSJDM, Bulacan. The arrested suspect was turned over to CSWD of San Jose Del Monte LGU, pursuant to the directive of the court.

Similarly, tracker teams in San Rafael, Sta. Maria, Marilao and CSJDM PS arrested five (5) more felons wanted for various crimes and offenses. The arrested felons are presently under the custody of the arresting unit/station for proper disposition.

Furthermore, in San Ildefonso, Bulacan, the prompt police action by CSJDM PS resulted in the successful recovery of a stolen motorcycle that was forcibly taken and the arrest of the suspects, identified as JR Balmocina, Ronel De Asis, and SJ Feliciano. Appropriate criminal complaints have been filed against the arrested suspects.
