ANTI-CRIME DRIVE NET MWP AND 18 LAW VIOLATORS

CAMP Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — In Bulacan PNP’s intensified anti-crime drive on December 10, 2022, two robbers, two motornappers, wanted criminals, six drug dealers, and three law offenders were all apprehended.

PCol Relly Arnedo PD Bulacan PPO, stated that the two suspects for robbery and violation of RA 10591 were identified as Christian Imbien and Renato Candelario Jr, both security guards at a steel trading company in Brgy. Sabang, Baliwag were arrested by Baliwag PS.

Authorities acted quickly in response to the two’s attempt to flee after they forcibly took a gun, magazine, and ammunition. This resulted in their arrest and the recovery of the stolen items.

Meanwhile, the prompt response of CSJDM PS led to the arrest of the suspect, Kenneth Panit, as he carted away an unattended motorcycle at Tungkong Mangga, CSJDM. Plaridel PS also responded quickly to recover a stolen motorcycle from the arrested suspect, identified as Merlito Gabriel, in Poblacion, Plaridel.

Moreover, 2nd PMFC, Bocaue, Obando and Baliwag PS tracker teams conduct of manhunt operations resulted in the successful arrest of five more wanted felons for various criminal offenses.

Additionally, a number of drug sting operations conducted by the anti-drug operatives of Baliwag, Hagonoy, Sta. Maria, Guiguinto, and Pulilan PS led to the capture of six (6) drug dealers. Five (5) sachets of suspected marijuana, thirteen (13) sachets suspected shabu, and marked cash were recovered.

Further, Marilao PS immediately responded to an alleged violation of RA10591, illegal discharge of firearm, alarm and scandal, in Sta. Rosa 2, Marilao. Renato Sarmiento, Sonny Briones, and Ric Enrera were arrested for allegedly causing a disturbance in the community and indiscriminately discharging their firearm. A revolver with live ammunition and fired cartridge cases were recovered.

In accordance with RD, PRO3 PBGen Cesar Pasiwen’s directives in maintaining peace and order, with utmost dedication, Bulacan PNP’s strengthened campaign against illegal drugs and effective intelligence response to curb down these law violators.
