P300K SHABU SEIZED, 21 FELONS HELD FOR DIFFERENT OFFENSES IN BULACAN

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos — An estimated worth of Php300K were seized while twenty-one (21) law offenders were arrested in relentless operations conducted in Bulacan on Sunday and early morning on September 19, 2022.

 

In a report to Col Relly Arnedo, Officer-In-Charge Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office, joint elements of SOU 3, PNP DEG (lead unit), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 3, Provincial Intelligence Unit, Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit Bulacan PPO and Bocaue MPS conducted buy-bust operation in Brgy. Tambubong, Bocaue, Bulacan at about 1:44 AM of September 19, 2022 that resulted to the arrest of suspects.

They were identified as Maria May Manlapig @May-may of Sta. Rosario, Capas, Tarlac. Seized were a total of 7 sachets of suspected shabu weighing more or less 45grams with Standard Drug Price (SDP) of three hundred six thousand pesos (P306,000.00) worth of illegal drugs (shabu), cellphone and marked money.

 

Meanwhile, fifteen illegal gamblers were arrested in series of anti-illegal gambling operations conducted by operatives of Bocaue, Pandi, San Ildefonso, San Rafael C/MPS; Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC). Six (6) were caught in the act of engaging in illegal cockfighting  activities; four (4) for playing mah-jong; three (3) for spider fighting game with bet; and two (2) others for collecting bets intended for STL without any identification card/certification from PCSO authorizing them to collect bets.

 

On the other hand, 5 more individuals were arrested for different offenses that transpired in the areas of Baliwag, Hagonoy, Pandi, San Ildefonso; and SJDM C/MPS.

 

They were nabbed for crime of Robbery; Grave Threat; Frustrated Homicide; Alarm & Scandal; Direct Assault; Violation of RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) ; and Violation of RA 9262 (Anti-Violence against Women and Their Children).

 

Appropriate criminal complaints against all arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
