“Mga Kulay ng Pag-asa” Art Exhibit to showcase local creativity, raise funds for community initiatives

CITY OF MALOLOS — Art and community service will come together as the Rotary Club of Malolos Liping Hiyas, in partnership with Bahaghari ng Malolos and the Provincial History, Arts, Culture and Tourism Office (PHACTO), presents “Mga Kulay ng Pag-asa: Art Exhibit and Charity Auction” which will run from September 5 to 30, 2026 at the Bulwagang Guillermo Tolentino, Capitol Compound in this city, featuring original artworks created by members of Bahaghari ng Malolos.

More than an avenue for artistic expression, the project seeks to transform art into a platform for community engagement, fundraising, and social responsibility, aiming to provide local artists with greater visibility while creating opportunities for them to connect with art enthusiasts, collectors, business leaders, civic organizations, and other potential patrons and community partners.

The exhibit will culminate in a Charity Art Auction on September 26, 2026, where selected artworks will be offered to supporters and collectors. Proceeds from the auction will be shared equally by the two partner organizations and directed toward various community development and humanitarian initiatives.

Among the intended beneficiaries and areas of support are educational assistance, livelihood programs, youth development, humanitarian activities, medical missions, disaster response, and arts and cultural development initiatives.

“Mga Kulay ng Pag-asa” offers a simple but powerful message: that art can inspire, connect people, and help create opportunities for communities in need.
