Chief Affairs Political Officer Reina Manuel, representing First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., met with Regional Director Corazon Flores of the Department of Health (DOH) Region III on March 4, 2026, to discuss collaborative initiatives aimed at improving healthcare access and public health services in the First District of Pampanga.
The meeting highlighted programs supporting Congressman Lazatin’s legislative agenda, particularly the expansion of accessible and community-based healthcare services, preventive health programs, and strengthened coordination between national agencies and local communities.
“Through strong coordination with DOH, we aim to bring quality and accessible healthcare services closer to our constituents, consistent with Cong. Lazatin’s people-centered legislative priorities,” Manuel said.
The engagement seeks to further align DOH programs with district-level healthcare needs to enhance public health outcomes throughout communities.
