Congressman Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. visits Jaymie Pamintuan of Barangay Tabun, Angeles City, whom he first visited back in 2019 when he was campaigning for Angeles City Mayor – a post he served in for six years from 2019 to 2025.
Jaymie, who is celebrating her eighth birthday today, received a cake, loot bag, and pocket money from Lazatin.
Jaymie was first visited by Lazatin when she was a mere one-year-old, as shown in the second photo.
Lazatin first started out as a legislator in the Angeles City Council, serving for two terms from 2013 to 2019 before being elected as City Mayor.
After more than a decade in public service, Lazatin now serves as a legislator in the House of Representatives for the First District of Pampanga.
