Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro receive their trophies recognizing them as Huwarang Anak ng Bulacan honorees at the 36th Anniversary and Annual Fundraising Ball of Club Bulakeño presented by the organization’s presidents Arnold Reyes and Maru Go last November 10, at the Shangri-La Hotel in Makati City.
