Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Two high-value individuals (HVIs) were arrested in separate anti-illegal drug operations conducted by the operatives of Nueva Ecija and Pampanga on October 30, 2025, resulting in the confiscation of more than Php 958,800.00 worth of suspected shabu.
In Nueva Ecija, joint personnel of the Special Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) of Talavera MPS, Provincial Special Operations Group (PSOG), and Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) of NEPPO, under the supervision of PLTCOL Rogelio L. Pacificar Jr., Chief of Police, successfully arrested “Yeng,” 44 years old, high value individual, and a resident of Brgy. Bakal I, Talavera, Nueva Ecija, during a buy-bust operation at around 12:10 AM in Brgy. Maestrang Kikay, Talavera.
The suspect was caught selling one (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu and in possession of twelve (12) additional sachets of suspected shabu weighing of 80 grams valued at Php 544,000.00.
Meanwhile, in Pampanga, operatives of the Porac Municipal Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) under Pampanga PPO arrested alias “Joey”, 32 years old, identified as a High-Value Individual (HVI), together with “Doms,” 50 years old, and “Glenn,” 48 years old, during a buy-bust operation conducted around 5:20 AM in Brgy. Manibaug Pasig, Porac, Pampanga.
The operation led to the seizure of more or less 61 grams of suspected shabu with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 414,800.00, along with one (1) ₱1,000.00 bill used as marked money.
PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. commended the operating teams for their precision and dedication in the conduct of these successful anti-illegal drug operations.
